Spanish Justice. —One Spaniard had been hung up at Madrid for crying, ‘Long live Don Carlos.’ Another Don was suspended in a similar manner at Bilboa, for shouting, ‘Long live Donna Isabella;’ and a third has been stretched by the neck till he was dead, for crying nothing at all.
