Transcription

At a meeting of antimasonic delegates from the several towns composing the fourteenth Senatorial District, convened at the house of Mr. Samuel Underwood, in Pomfret, on the 24 ^th Feb. 1834,

HON. JONATHAN NICHOLS,

of Thompson, was unanimously designated as a suitable candidate for Senator, to represent said District at the next session of the Legislature.
