At a Court of Probate holden at Killingly within and for the District of Killingly on the 5th day of October, A.D. 1833.

Present Thomas Backus, Judge.

The Court doth direct the Administrator of the estate of Thomas Barrows late of said Killingly deceased, represented insolvent, to give notice to all persons interested in the same to appear (if they shall see cause) before a Court of Probate to be holden at the Probate office in said district on the first Monday of November A.D. 1833 at 10 o’clock A.M. to be heard relative to the appointment of Commissioners on said estate, by posting said order of notice on a public sign post in said town of Killingly, and by advertising the same in a newspaper rpublished in Brooklyn in the County of Windham at least 20 days before said first Monday of November.   THOMAS BACKUS.
