An Act to repeal certain Acts therein mentioned.

BE it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives, in General assembly convened, That the act passed by the General Assembly, at their session in October, one thousand eight hundred and sixteen, entitled, "An Act for the support of Literature and Religion,” together with the act passed May session, one thousand eight hundred and seventeen entitled β€œAn Act in addition to an Act for the support of Literature and Religion,” and the Act passed May, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-two, suspending said last mentioned act, (if in force) be, and the same is hereby repealed.
